The behavioural competencies measured by flowprofiler® are observable behaviours. These are treated as skills, abilities or intelligences that can be developed. This means that the learner can affect meaningful and appreciable change in their performance.
Overview:
flowprofiler® ‘s approach draws on key features of agile scrum methodology including collaboration, flexibility, and iterative development. This is useful in data driven training development because it allows for quick adjustments based on data analysis and encourages ongoing evaluation and improvement. There are seven stages in flowprofiler®’s model:
1. Plan: This stage involves setting goals and defining objectives for each stage. We collaborate with stakeholders to define the scope of work and develop a plan for achieving the objectives.
2. Assess to measure: In this stage, we select the flowprofiler® assessment that best meets the goals and objectives set in the previous stage. The assessments are completed by learners and collected for analysis.
3. Analyse: The data collected is analysed at two levels. Firstly at an individual level, secondly as a group of individuals. This aggregate of data provides users with rich insights into collective behaviour. This allows designers to identify areas where training and development is needed.
4. Design: Development design begins considering the scope and goals of the brief in conjunction with the results of the data analysis. For larger projects, pilots of the workshops are run with small groups for the purpose of testing design.
5. Review: This stage is an opportunity to check-in and collaborate with stakeholders in order to ensure that the proposal satisfies the scope and objectives. Any revisions are also made in this stage.
6. Delivery: Targeted, effective and quality delivery of the programmes now takes place. Learners are taught what they need to know based on the behavioural analysis that has taken place in the design stage.
7. Re-test: Re-assess you cohort after 12 months to map their progress in the measured areas.
