Our Origins

flowprofiler® was co-developed in collaboration with Dr Amanda Potter and the Psychometrics Centre at Cambridge Judge Business School, Univerisity of Cambridge.

Our work is grounded in rigorous psychometric research and decades of applied leadership development across complex organisational environments. This academic and practical foundation ensures that our assessments and leadership pathways are:

What We Mean by Behavioural Intelligence
